Elmarie & Nick { De Oude Molen, Franschoek }

Three years ago I met Elmarie.  Three years ago I heard how much she wanted to get married to her high school sweetheart, Nick.  Each special occasion was met with expectation from all of us who knew her.. “so did he propose”?   And I about a year ago Elmarie walked into the office with the biggest grin, skipping with joy - proudly showing her engagement ring and immediately started making plans for this event.  Ellie Bellie.. it was soooooo beautiful, your talents in organisation and designing is so impressive, really! and you looked like a total, devine, princess!!  I cannot explain to you how much it means to be able to have captured your special day, and this being the last wedding that I am doing in Cape Town, it makes it uuuber special.  There were laughter, tears, emotions flaring up, a hazardous wind to contend with but the sweetness between the two of you were the one constant throughout the day… and I loved spending every second with you.

This is a huge post.  First, my favourite of the day… the “odd” one.

The modern look and feel of the wedding really… really blew me away.
