Wimmo & Anine

Wow, what a special day this was - Anine used to work with me, and we became such good friends which made her special day all the more intimate and close to my heart. I woke up with a raging cold, it was such bad luck as I've been looking forward to doing my friend's wedding for such a long time. Tracy, my assistant, and I jumped into my car, getting ourselves syched and full of ideas. Walking into her suite, I forgot about my cold, as the excitement around Anine overwhelmed me - and the transformation into a beautiful, radiant bride began. Thank you for letting me share your day with you, thank you for letting me experiment with strange angles and shots, thank you for letting tears come to my eyes TWICE - THANK YOU for for being the couple that you are.

Years ago I (father of the groom) was taking wedding photos myself. Although you have it easier than we did because of digital cameras in stead of endless roles of films,it did not prevent you from being creative. In fact, I think that you have taken creative wedding photography to a higher level. By quitely moving around during the whole process, without dominating the scene, you have created images that will be admired by generations to come. Your photos have contributed to capture a memorable day for us. Willle de kock
